The WMS that runs your warehouse, the way it should.
Real-time inventory across every channel you sell on. Automated order routing. Built-in chargeback prevention for Amazon 1P. No separate license fee. Included in every KAK fulfillment plan.
A warehouse-grade operating system for ecommerce inventory.
KAK WMS is not an off-the-shelf SaaS bolt-on. It is the operating layer KAK built and runs internally to manage our 32,000 sqft Houston warehouse — the same software our floor operators use during every receiving, prep, kitting, picking, and dispatch action. When you fulfill through KAK, you log into the same dashboard our team uses. Same data, same real-time view, same evidence trail.
There is no separate WMS license fee, no per-SKU charge, and no per-order WMS surcharge layered on top of fulfillment. The $1/unit FBA prep, $2.75/order FBM, $25/pallet biweekly storage rate sheet is the full bill. The WMS is the medium through which the work happens — billing it separately would be like a restaurant charging you for the menu.

Real-time bidirectional sync — orders flow in, inventory flows out, tracking flows back. No nightly batch jobs, no spreadsheet uploads, no Zapier middleware.
Direct SP-API integration. FBA inbound shipments, FBM fulfillment, Vendor Central PO + ASN handling, MCF orders, return processing.
WFS prep ($1/unit) plus DSV fulfillment ($2.75/order). Real-time inventory sync to Walmart Seller Center via their public API.
Direct API integration. Live order ingestion. Same-day 2pm CT cutoff applies. Free packing materials included.
First-party Shopify app. Real-time inventory sync, fulfillment status push, branded tracking. No third-party connectors required.
REST API integrations. Same real-time inventory + order flow as Shopify. Etsy supported via their seller API.
Negotiated commercial rates. Rate-shop across all carriers on every order. Generated labels include compliant return paths.
Three machine-learning modules carry weight on every order.
We do not run a marketing AI. These three components live inside the WMS, are profiled, and are responsible for measurable wins.
SKU velocity sequencing
Bundles and multi-SKU orders are slotted by recent draw frequency, not alphabetical SKU order. The WMS keeps high-velocity SKUs closer to pack stations and gives supervisors a practical queue to review before picks begin.
Smallest-compliant carton picker
For every order, the WMS proposes the smallest carton that satisfies Amazon FBA case-pack constraints, container-load limits, and fragility flags before labels print.
Pre-routing chargeback risk score
Every 1P PO and FBA inbound is checked for chargeback risk before pickup is confirmed. Mixed SKUs, tight dock windows, SSCC-18 anomalies, and ASN-late risk trigger supervisor review before the load moves.
From order to dispatch, every action is logged and visible.
This is what happens between a customer hitting "Buy" on your storefront and the BOL being signed at our dock door — narrated end to end.
A customer checks out on your Shopify store. The order is pushed to KAK WMS through the Shopify app within 3-5 seconds. Inventory holds are placed against the line items immediately — no overselling window.
The order is automatically routed to the optimal carrier based on rate-shop across UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL eCommerce. The routing decision considers package weight, dimensions, destination zip, customer-requested service level, and any rate overrides you've configured.
The order joins the next pick wave — typically every 15 minutes during operating hours. Multi-SKU orders trigger our velocity-sequencing algorithm to optimize pick travel. The pick list is pushed to floor operators via handheld scanners.
The picked items arrive at the pack station. The operator scans each SKU against the pick list (built-in mis-pick prevention) and the carton optimizer recommends the smallest compliant box. A photo of the packed contents is taken before sealing — this is your chain-of-custody evidence for any damage claim. Label is printed and applied.
All orders received before 2pm Central Time are dispatched the same day. Carrier trucks pick up between 4pm and 6pm. Tracking numbers are pushed back to your storefront and a branded tracking email goes to your customer — in your store's name, not KAK's. The order status updates in real time as it moves through the carrier network.
Your inventory, accurate to the minute.
The WMS treats inventory as a live resource, not a nightly batch reconciliation. Every receiving event, every pick, every adjustment is timestamped and pushed to every connected channel in seconds.
Real-time multi-channel sync
When 47 units are picked for an Amazon FBM order, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and eBay all decrement by 47 within the same minute. No overselling because Channel A doesn't know about a Channel B sale yet.
Lot + expiration tracking
For grocery, supplement, beauty, and cosmetic SKUs, the WMS captures lot numbers and expiration dates at receiving. FEFO (first-expire-first-out) picking is enforced automatically. You can pull a lot-trace report in seconds.
SKU-level photo library
Every SKU gets a high-res photo at first receiving. The photo is attached to the SKU master and surfaces on the pack station so operators see what they should be packing. This eliminates the most common cause of wrong-item shipments.
Min/max alerts and reorder points
Set min and max stock levels per SKU. The WMS emails you when a SKU crosses min, with the recent draw rate so you can size the reorder accurately. No more surprise stockouts mid-promotion.
Vendor Central PO flow, owned end to end.
For wholesale aggregators selling 1P to Amazon, the WMS handles the entire PO lifecycle — ingestion, ASN generation, SSCC-18 label printing, GMA Grade A pallet validation, routing coordinator scheduling, BOL handling, and post-pickup proof-of-delivery capture.
Vendor Central POs pulled hourly via the SP-API. Monday-morning PO releases land in the queue inside 60 minutes.
ASN generated from the PO + actual pallet build. Auto-uploaded at least 24 hours before pickup window opens.
Generated from your GS1 prefix, validated against destination FC before printing, applied to each carton.
Collect or WePay routing both supported. Routing request submitted early in Week 4 of the standard cycle.
Included WMS. No per-SKU or per-order WMS surcharge.
KAK WMS is included free with KAK fulfillment. The $1/unit FBA prep, $2.75/order FBM, $25/pallet biweekly storage rate sheet is the full bill — the WMS is the medium through which the work happens.

Can I use KAK WMS without using KAK fulfillment?
No. KAK WMS is built specifically to operate the KAK warehouse. We do not license it standalone to third-party warehouses. If you need a standalone SaaS WMS we are happy to recommend ones we have evaluated.
How does inventory sync work if I have stock in KAK and stock at home?
KAK WMS tracks only the units physically located at the KAK warehouse. If you maintain stock at a second location, you'll want a parent inventory system (Shopify itself, NetSuite, or Linnworks for example) that aggregates KAK + your other location. We integrate cleanly with each of those.
Do I have to use the WMS to use KAK fulfillment?
Practically yes. Orders flow through the WMS. You can absolutely have your stack push orders to us via spreadsheet or API and never log into the WMS dashboard yourself, but our floor operators work through the WMS regardless.
What if I outgrow the WMS?
The WMS is designed to scale through the volumes most KAK customers see. If you genuinely outgrow it (typically >500k orders/month with complex routing) we'll integrate with whatever enterprise system you've selected via API, and continue running the floor operations on KAK WMS internally while you see a higher-level view.
See your inventory the way our floor sees it.
A 30-day pilot is the fastest path to knowing whether KAK WMS works for your operation. Send your SKU list, we'll set up the dashboard, and you'll see live KAK-managed inventory inside a week.
